Synopsis: Deva (mithun chakravarthy) is the don of the city whom every wrong-doer dreads. In the past, he accidently kills his sister’s husband for which she hates him. Now, her son vijay (jugal hansraj) harbours the same hate too. Vijay falls in love with anita (sonali bendre), who is the daughter of the police commissioner (prem chopra). Bhujang’s (raja murad) son misbehaves with anita for which vijay bashes him. This doesn’t go down well with bhujang and he, along with the scheming politician parshuram try to harm vijay. But deva stands like a wall between them. Deva avenges his accidental murder by killing the real perpetrators, unites the lovers and surrenders himself to the law.
