Lala khurana (Amrish Puri) is the self acclaimed uncrowned king of Delhi. He runs it with the members of parliament & Director General of Police. He is involved in roiling the roast, killing of honest police officers, promoting their own corrupt police officers, collecting hafta, black marketing etc. On suggestion of his advocate chintamani chaubey (Tinnu anand) to be contesting for elections . Lala backs his spoilt son Devendra Kumar (Chanraj) to run the election & be the next state chief minister. But devendra was facing charges of raping a women.LAla tries his best to make devendra released from the charges, but new Assistant Superintendent of Police, Tejasvini Joshi (Vijayashanti) is very strict & sworn to get a conviction. Lala uses all his power to win against law & order i.e. against tejasvini.Can tejasvini handle the anguish, torment & trials forced by lala?will she be able to arrest & punish even lala for all his acts?
