Synopsis: Shiv and Charan were very intimate friends that the friendship was proud of them. Due to circumstances Shiv and Charan were brought up as urchins. For bread, they adopeted unique type of evil ways and means. There was neither their guardian nor even their inmate who would have guided them towatds the right paht. Bijli was very kind hearted and bitter in attitude by nature. She was also inhabitating in the same Area and was earning her livelihood by selling ayurvedic herbs. She had fallen in love with charan. She tried her level best to reform charan but her entire efforts to change Charan from evils reduced to ashes. While Roopa who was brought nu by abdul chacha the most intimate friend fo her late father and was under the guardianship of Abdul chacha. She had fallen in love with Shiv. One day Shiv and Charan found a letter in a stolen bag in which was written that in the grave-yard of old church at Bandra, there is a grave of late charles DeSouza, whose dead body is wearing a diamond ring in the finger. Who brings out the diamond ring from the finger of dead body of charles DeSouza, will be rewarded a sum of Rs. 50,000/- in cash. Both of them under the dreadful atmosphere of night, entered the graveyard and successfully took out the diamond ring from the dead bodys finger but they lost in some-how-or-other. Their lives were in danger if they do not recover and produce the diamond ring to the boss at an earliest. The said ring reached from one hand to another hand and at last reached in the hands of a Mr. S.P. Verma, whose daughter (Paro) was the prey of grave mental unrest. Shiv and Charan entered in the bungalow of Mr. S.P. Verma at the cost of their lives and within a short period mixed up in a very typical manner. Paro falls in love with shiv who was in love with Roopa. But the said diamond ring became the root cause of the reform of Shiv and Charan and both have been weaned of evils and vice and adopted right path.
