Synopsis: Vidya (Urmila) is an unemployed singer who comes from a poor famliy. She lives with her mother (Jyotsna Karekar) and father (Utkarsh Mazumdar). Satya is Vidya’s neighbour. On a rainy night there is a power cut, and Vidya seeks the assistance of Satya who helps her out. Satya and Vidya become friendly. Things begin to change rapidly for Vidya, as she gets hired by a prominent music director (Neeraj Vora) and develops her relationship with Satya whom she plans to marry soon. Satya tells her that she will receive a hefty salary which will assist them in getting settled after marriage. Her delight with this news turns to horror when the police enters her house asking for Satya who is wanted for 17 murders including the murder of a police commissioner.
