Synopsis: An intelligent smart, dedicated, hard working girl Tamanna (Shilpa Shetty), the creative head of an advertising agency is all of a sudden sacked from her company, when she is diagnosed as an HIV patient. Her service of 9 years is put aside and she is replaced by someone else on the post. Feeling insulted and cheated, Tamanna decides to file a case against the company and gets her job back. She approaches many lawyers to fight her case but all of them turn her down. Eventually, Tarun (Abhishek Bachchan) takes up her case, when he had also earlier refused to fight her case initially. The team loses the case at a district level but is determined to appeal in High court.
