Synopsis: Nishanbaz is a story of good shooters who are proud of their good aim. One such good shooter is a retired army officer Vijay Singh who aims at removing unscruplus elements of society. The other good shooter is Daku Gujar Singh whose targets are helpless and innocent people. This film also has three more good aimers. One is Natwar, who is a sharp trickistar and pickpocket. The other is his business partner Roopa who is a sharp knife aimer. The third is thangewali Chameli who aims and gets the love of Natwar. Roopa is dejected humilated when she fails to get the love Natwar in sheer desperation she joins the gang of dacoit Gajar Singh. This story has novel twist when fauji hires the services of Natwar and Roopa to catch Daku Gurjar Singh. This film has another high light and interesting character inspector Khan and constable Nadan Hoshiyarpuri.
