Synopsis: Rajpur – The village which remains cut off from the main stream of administration. How then will the funds sanctioned for the upliftment of the village reach the common public, who have been used to suppression and atrocities. Jaisingh – Royal by heritage, but during the years, had stooped down so much low that his only daughter refuses to stay with him. He led a preverted life, kidnapped young girls, his wrath leashed upon his village men and woman. The whole village lived on nightmare, afraid of him. Himmat Singh – The Thanedar of the village, who had turned the entire village look like a prison. Girdhari – A lawyer by profession, who faught for the wrong and evil, to satisfy his ulterior motives. Lalchand – Rajpur’s local politician, who like a vehomonus cobra kept his seat guarded as the municipal head for the last 10 years. Matadin – He took over the temple, cheating his own brother, elder to him and the legal heir and he reigned there in the outfit of a Pandit. Satyadev – Who walked along side Gandhiji in his times, fells and believes that ahinsa now remained only in books. Looking at the atrocities in Rajpur the frail mans courage rises above his physical state, he is prepared to go to New Delhi to enlighten the Government . Pyara Singh – In the fight for freedom his entire family was burnt alive yet, even at this age of 80 years, his blood in his veins still run at the same vigour…fight the enimies…! . Ramlal – The illitrate servant at Jaisinghs. Making him a pawn, Jaisingh wanted to devour the Government funds that came for the upliftment of the village. Will Ramlal allow them to do so? Pratap – He knows everyting. He wanted to fight against the wrong himself alone but he is beaten up and is made a criple. Even in this condition, he wanted to make life for them miserable. Bela – Ramanlal’s fiance but on this beautiful belle, their eyes had already fallen. She goes alone in the den of these monsters. Jyotsna – She is the daughter of Jaisingh. She hates her father and his associates. Inspite of her trying hard in different ways and means the atrocities persisted. She was never allowed to go away from the boundries of Rajpur.
