Synopsis: Leela is the story of about Leela (Dimple Kapadia) who shifted to America after the death of her mother and was working as an university proffessor. She was alone except for her long lasting relationship with the famous singer cum poet Nashaad (VInod Khanna) who stays in India. On the other side, Krishna (Amol Mhatre) was the student of that university. As the story moves, Krishna gets to know that her mother was having an affair with Summer (Brendan Hughes) for which he left the house and was staying alone. In between his friends he challenged that he would be having an affiar with their teacher Miss Leela. What would have happened next? A sensitive heart warming story of two people Krishna & Leela, from separate worlds. The film is directed by Somnath Sen & acted by the non other then Dimple Kapadia.
