Dilip, a happy go lucky newspaper Editor finds the key to the door of publicity designer Anitas heart. Then Suddenly, on a dark, sultry, windless night, three men were appointed to meet at a lonely bunglow in Goa. An appointement arranged five years ago to open a hidden safe and divide a loot. An appointment to divide the loot between businessman Seth Suresh Malik, Solicitor Jankidas and Chowdhry, a jailbird of doubtful character. The time of appointment brought Suresh Malik from Bomaby, Jankidas from Delhi, and Chowdhry, released the same day from jail. Unknown to them, there were three other observers to the appintment. The keys to the safe were revealed by the receipients of the loot. As the time was nearing for the division of the loot, suddenly there was a scuffle and Jankidas was found murdered. The observers hastily departed and so did Chowdhry. The key, cause of the murder, was miss- ing. . “Katil Kaun ?” the police asked! “Katil Kaun ?” Dilip asked !! “Katil Kaun ?” Anita asked ! “Katil Kaun ?” everbody asked !! The mystery of the missing Key deepened. For Anita and Dilip, the Key to their joy and happiness become the Key to their sorrow and heart- breaks. Dilip searches for the key to reach the secret of the murder. Anita searches for the Key to find the secret of her missing father.
