Synopsis: Water, the most basic human necessity is very scarce in the Rann of Kutch. Kim (Saidah Jules), a Russian bird watcher, is part of an NGO that works to solve environmental issues. Her excitement to visit Kutch soon turns to despair as she discovers that Flamingo chicks are dying due to increased salinity in the water. The only way to save them is to create artificial ponds & provide them a suitable habitat.Bakka (Purab Kohli), a water diviner known in his village as the “God of Water”, is the only hope for the thirsty villagers Kutch. He knows how to find water with his mystic dowsing rods in the desert. In her efforts to save the birds, Kim also turns to Bakka, but there may not be enough water for both the people and the birds. Who’s lives are the most important?
