Synopsis: Rajeev Bhatnagar ( Bobby Deol ) is a waiter in Kutti’s ( Johny Lever) Sanman hotel & he loves Geeta Kapoor ( Karishma Kapoor) who is Reporter on Rohit’s ( Rohit Roy) T.V.channel named Channel 2001 . She is a famous T.V. reporter . The conterfeit note maker, V.N. Patel is now known as Mr. Desai . He has undergone plastic surgery to be safe from the police . He in bank manager , he put & all Information about 500 cr. Diamond in a floppy & gives go Rajeev to post Ketu ( Shakti Kapoor ) kill & Desai . Geeta goes to the Rajeev’s house to take information about desai’s murder because he is present at Murder time. As he See & Geeta , he goes in dream & when she is going back Rajeev channel to show his interviews on T.V. Rajeev tells ketus discription on T.V. interview police inspector shinde ( Sadashiv Amrapurkar)takes Rajeev & goes to the police station to take sketch of murder . But he gives & wrong description he tell & description of Kutti police give advertise on T.V. to catch & give information to police of him . Police of him. Police catch Kutt in hotel . Gulmohammad is informer for Geeta Ketu & Suraj ( Dilip Tahil ) kill her he cll Geeta to Give some Information to Geeta about her brother . Rajeev get brother ‘s adress in his hand . In his house she get tape. When Geeta know that Rajeev lie with her that his girlfriend was died , she leave s him. Rajeev Saves Kutti from police Rajeev forget s that Desai had he given him Floppy. When he knows & he seaches it in Dhobhighath he takes this floppy to posts & reads the address. He tell Ketu wrong address in Banglore & Right address to Geeta & both Geeta & Rajeev run from these their Rajeev saw the police which he saw in dream . With Geeta . Both reach goa & take 500 cr. Diamonds & run Rajeev gives it to Ketu & leaves & his friend Kutti Rajeev once again going to Geeta’s brother house there he gets wide and camera he removes tape & give it to Geeta at her engagement with Rohit ( Rohit Roy ). In this tape Geeta s brother murder shoot by Rohit shown . When Geeta know that his brothers murder is Rohit then Rajeev & Geeta go to police . Can police catch Rohit? Can police catch Ketu & Suraj happens with this 500 cr. Diamond ? What Rajeev will now do ?
