Synopsis: After witnessing the unfortunate death of a woman who was unable to receive hospital treatment. Dr. Ajay Kumar (Nagarjuna) cancels his U.S. immigration and instead, sets out to work a plan to open a hospital called ‘ Amma People Hospital “. He falls in love with Shweta (Manisha Koirala) and both get married. Ramya, who is Shweta’s best friend also loves him. Then one night, Ramya gets a call from Shweta, who calls the police for help as she is being attacked, and names the attacker as Ajay. Shweta gets killed and police arrest Ajay for murder. Police van meets with an accident and Ajay escapes. Ajay tells his story to Ramya. Will Ramya believe him? Who is real criminal ? What is the reason behind murder of Shweta ?
