Synopsis: Inspector Arjun and Chhotu are real brothers. Chhotu lost his parents during his childhood. Arjun, with the help of his fiancee, Sheela, tended and brought up Chhotu with love and care. Arjun is very sincere and devoted to his duties and pursues the policies of the Government thereby smashing the activities of narcotic smuggling gangs. In recognition of his meitorious services, the Government awarded Arjun the prestigious Presidents Gold Medal. Mr.X, the leader of the Narocitc Smuggling Gang, murders Inspector Arjun as he was a thorn in his crown. Chhotu is now all alone. He befriends a stray dog and names it as Dost. With the help of Three criminals influenced by Arjun, Chhotu sets out on a journey to Goa to avenge his brother’s death. There Chhotu meets another reformed durg addict, Peter, the common frined of the three reformed criminals. He also meets Peter’s mother, popularly Knwon as “Mama”, Sheela also joins them at Goa.
