Synopsis: Chandra Prakash(Ashok kumar) and Suraj Prakash(Dharmendra are two brothers like Ram and Laxman. Seeta is Bhabhi(Nirupa Roy). Chandra Prakash wants that Surya Prakash should be educated and he is sent to UK to become a doctor. Suraj is in love with Kiron(Tanuja) and her father wants them them to marry. Chandra Prakash is inplicated in a false charge of fraud and is sacked. The engagement of Suraj is broken. Chandra Prakash starts a business. One day, he goes on a travel,but a body is found on railway track with his papers. People say that he sacrificed for brother, who gets one lakh rupees insurance money. After a few reels, Chandraprakash appears and there are plots and subplots, to see that all ends well.
