Synopsis: Ajay Saxena is a professor of Psychology, an uninterfering common man with a strong streak of honesty. One day he berates a student Jaggi for his unruly behaviour. Unknown to him, Jaggi is the nephew of Ramniklal and Mahesh Shah, who control the drug trade in the city under the protection of the Don, Daya Patil. Ajay stays as a paying guest with Mrs DSa whose son Johny is an ideal student. Jaggi takes his revenge by turning Johny into a drug addict. There is nothing much that Ajay can do but he loses hope in the due process of the Law though his brilliant ex-student Rahul Singh, now a polie officer, keeps assuring him to the contrary. Ajays closest friend Satyajeet Anand is the Editor of a prominent newspaper and hell-bent on exposing the criminals corrupting society. When Anand is killed, Ajay knows that he can no longer keep quiet and be a mere spectator. He wreaks a bloody revenge.
