Synopsis : Tejnath was rich industrialist and mad after money. He was careless towards food and less bothered about his health, which worried Prabha too much. Vinayanath the younger brother of Tejnath, was brought up by Tej and his wife Prabha as their own son and overwhelmed him with the love of parents. Who was coming back from Europe after his study. Vinay took over the charge of the office but was unhappy when he came to know that his brother Tejnath was cheating and dishonest in the business. Vinay refused and did not accept dishonesty in the business. Manager Jugal took his opportunity and made Tej against Vinay. Vinay could not stay with Tejnath and was forced to leave the house. A helpless Prabha can only give Vinaya a tearful farewell and her blessings. The God is great, Mohan Kaka gave Vinay the shelter and Seth Kapoorchand gave finance, with blessings of Bhabhi Ma he started his own business. Truth and honesty made Vinay a richman. Suddenly Tara -a poor girl from slum-comes in the life of Vinay. But this attachment unsettles Ram Khilawan, who swears that he wont permit anybody else to lay claim on Tara. She is his and anybody who contests it will have to face him. One day Vinay and Ram Khilawan had fight. Vinay teaches a very good lesson to Ram Khilawan and thus Tara and Vinay becomes one. Day by day Taj lost his business and Vinay gains the field, becomes more and more richer that Tejnath. Tejnath asked Jugal to do something to save the business and destroy Vinay. Jugal took the command and with the help of Jennie he planned to destroy Vinay. Jennie was employed by Vinay and one day she declares that she was going to become mother of Vinay’s baby. This stops the marraige of Vinaya and Tara. Vinay refused, said that it was untruth. Bhabhi Ma Prabha was shocked by the news, was unhappy and angry with Vinay. Vinay says that he will bring the truth in front of everybody and prove that he is innocent. But before he proves himself innocent Jennie was murdered. Inspector Khan was appointed and was given opportunity to solve this problem and trace out the truth.
