Babu l Rajesh Khanna, Hema Malini, Mala Sinha, Rati Agnihotri l 1985

Synposis : Babu (Rajesh Khanna) is a decent, hardworking, independent person & likes to go out of his way to help people. Babu drives a hand cart/rickshaw to earn his bread & butter. Kammo (Hema Malini) falls in love with Babu & both decide to marry each other. But Jaggu Dada (Rupesh Kumar) loves Kammo & is jealous of Babu. One day Jaggu Dada mistakenly kills Kammo. So, in order to take a revenge, Babu kills Jaggu dada & lands himself in jail for 2yrs. When he returns he finds that the lady (Mala Sinha) who had once helped him, is now extremely poor & a widow with a small child named Pinky. Babu is very close to Pinky & decides to help them, by seeing their poor condition. He starts to work hard by pulling hand rickshaw. Babu decide to save money & send Pinky to a reputed school. Pinky is embarrassed with her poverty as all her school friends are wealthy. This hurts her mom & Babu. Pinky is grown-up & now a college student. Soon she falls in love with Prem (Deepak Parashar) who comes from a rich & wealthy family. Babu is against this marriage & the affair between Prem & Pinky. So, now will Babu allow them to marry each other?
