Synopsis: B.S. Khanna (Kader Khan) is impriosned for seven years due to his associates. He comes from jail and become renown builder. His son Manish (Manish Kumar) falls in love with Mehtas (Dilip Tahil) daughter Reema (Manisha Koirala) in college. Reemas step mother (Bindu) wishes that Reema should get married to her brothers son Shiva (Anand Balraj) Manish and Reema left their houses and went to Goa. Charlie (Annu Kapoor) gives them shelter. Charlie is murdered. Reema is kidnapped and Manishs life is in great danger.
