Synopsis: Ram (Rishi Kapoor) and Rahim (Rakesh Roshan) are good friends in college. Kundan, who studies in the same college is jealous of them and he traps Ram which leads to Ram’s rustication from college. Ram then becomes an Urdu teacher and Rahim a Hindi teacher to Sameera (Tina), the adopted daughter of retired Colonel Thakur Vikram Singh (Pran). He is looking for a suitable groom for his daughter.
