Synopsis: Mughal-E-Azam, is a tragic romantic film which unfolds the story of Salim (Dilip Kumar), the son of the Mughal Emperor, Jalaluddin Mohammed Akbar (Prithviraj Kapoor), who falls in love with a beautiful courtesan (Madhubala).Salim besotted by Anarakali, wants to marry her.
