Software update: Ventoy 1.0.84

Version 1.0.84 of Ventoy has been released, 1.0.83 has been skipped due to problems. Self-starting USB sticks can be created with this open source program. However, the way it does that is different from similar tools. The USB stick only needs to be prepared once and then as many ISO files can be placed on the stick as there is free space. Ventoy automatically creates a boot menu for the existing ISO files. Support is provided for both UEFI and legacy boot and it has been tested with 1041 different ISO files.
